How it works<\/h2>\nThe ICBCT Scanner works by rotating completely around your head and then recreating an accurate three-dimensional image of your anatomy, which may be your teeth, your mouth, jaw and neck, or your ear, nose and throat. With this state-of-the-art technology, your oral surgeon is able to see the most accurate image of your mouth possible. This image gives us the information we need to plan the best plan for your dental implants, more quickly than ever.\n\nThe ICBCT scanner produces images similar to a medical CT scan–the previous method of obtaining three-dimensional images–but because it\u2019s completed in less than four minutes, patients using this method are exposed to considerably less radiation. Getting dental implants shouldn\u2019t increase your risk of illnesses related to radiation exposure–with the ICBCT scanner, it won\u2019t.\n
